Cards we accept
We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, Dankort and Visa Dankort (Denmark), Maestro, Visa Electron, JCB, American Express and Diners Club International. If you would like to be sure that we accept your card, just contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

The card information you provide for the payment of your purchase is sent securely and directly to PBS (the registered secure payment processing company). It is sent through SSL (an encrypted connection) ensuring that nobody can obtain any information in the process.
Our prices
All our prices include VAT at the Danish rate of 25% and all prices are shown in Danish Kroner (DKK).

We accept your payment only when your order is ready to be shipped.

Your personal details
Privacy of your personal details
When you make a purchase with Green Gorilla you provide us with your name, address, email address and contact telephone number. We register this information for the purpose of your purchase but we will never sell your personal details or make them available to anyone else. If you do not purchase from us again within 12 months, your personal details will be deleted from our system.

Delivery
Delivery times
We use Post Danmark to deliver all our customer orders. We typically process customer orders on the same day we receive them. Customers within Denmark will receive their package within 1-3 working days; customers in Europe will receive their package within 3-5 working days; and customers outside Europe will receive their package within 5-8 working days. We will always contact you if your order is delayed for any reason.
Delivery costs
Post and packaging within Denmark costs DKK 39. Post and packaging outside Denmark costs DKK 99. If you decide to return you purchase, you are responsible for paying the return postage costs, and the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them. However if your purchase is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered when you receive it, we will refund your return postage costs. We will pay for the first postage costs to send an exchange to you. Any additional postage costs will become your responsibility.

Returns
Exchanges
We stand by the things we sell. And we always want our customers to be happy with the things they have bought or have received as a gift from us. If your purchase is not quite right, you are welcome to exchange it. We ask that you do this within 14 days - from the day you received the goods until the day we receive them from you.
Please email us at mail@greengorilla.dk to tell us if you are returning something. We also ask that you include your name and invoice number with the returned goods. Thanks. Ok, now the costs: the cost of returning goods to us is paid by you; we pay for the first cost of sending something else to you; and any additional postage costs are paid by you.
Condition of returned goods
You will understand that we are only able to accept goods back, for exchange or refund, if they are in the original packaging, have all the labels attached and are in perfect condition. This is because, as we will resell the goods, we would only ever expect our customers to accept goods from us in this perfect condition.
Refunds
If you decide to cancel a purchase, which you can do within 14 days as described above, you will receive your payment minus the original cost of post and packaging. We will return the money directly to the same bank account payment was made from as soon as we have received and checked the goods.

What does ‘organic’ clothing mean?
Good question!
We all know cotton. It’s everywhere! Cotton is a crop and it’s used to make towels, bed sheets, t-shirts, jeans and lots more. Shops love to shout about cotton being ‘natural’, and while cotton (often called ‘white gold’ due to its global worth) certainly comes from the soil, the way it is grown is anything but natural. Here’s the thing.
Organic cotton looks and feels just like the regular cotton you know. It’s just as soft and it wears just as well. But there’s one big difference between organic cotton and regular cotton. Organic cotton is grown using age-old and natural farming methods that promote biodiversity and respect the environment, wildlife and people. Regular cotton on the other hand is grown using pesticides. Pesticides are insecticides (bug killers), herbicides (weed killers), and fungicides (fungus killers) and they are highly toxic. The World Health Organization (WHO) classifies 50% of pesticides as ‘hazardous’ – hardly encouraging! 16,000 people die each year from pesticide poisoning. Pesticides pollute soil and water, poison wildlife and can leave chemical residue on the clothing that does not wash out. But nobody tells you that stuff.
Organic cotton is simple. It’s just beautiful, soft cotton that is made the old way - a way that respects people, planet and wildlife. When you choose organic cotton you are supporting a way of life that is environmentally and socially responsible. No poisoned workers, no polluted soil or water, no poisoned wildlife, and no unseen chemical residues on your clothes. Sometimes it costs a little more, but we think you’ll agree, it’s worth it.
