At Green Gorilla we want to work with brands that we feel are authentic, brands who we believe really care for the environment, the wildlife, the workers who make the things we buy and of course the people who buy the things we sell. Each brand focuses on their own thing, some focus more on the environment, some more on the workers, but we choose to work with them because we believe they are genuinely working to make some positive change in the world. Here’s a little information on the brands we currently work with.

Pants to Poverty
Pants to Poverty is a pioneering UK label producing beautiful and luxurious underwear, for adults and children, made from organic and fairtrade cotton. Inspired by Nelson Mandela’s visit to London in 2005 where he called for a generation to rise up and make poverty history, Pants to Poverty was established to create a positive response to the climate chaos and increasingly poverty around the world. The beautiful organic cotton they choose for their luxurious underwear challenges the use of harmful pesticides in farming. And their commitment to fairtrade supports farmers in the most vulnerable parts of India. The Pants to Poverty name is very English. In Britain pants are underwear (not trousers) and when you say something is pants, it means that it is terrible! So ‘Pants to Poverty’ means poverty is terrible and something we should challenge. Pants to Poverty aims to make beautiful and luxurious pants that support nature and the people who make them.
